  We had a great initial experience with Nikki at The Blind Store. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through all of our options without any pressure. Nikki really listened to what we were looking for and helped us narrow down styles that would work best in our space. Her guidance made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. We haven’t made a final purchase yet, but we’re feeling much more confident thanks to her expertise. Looking forward to working with her again!

  We recently purchased our blinds from Blinds-to-go in East Hanover, NJ and had them installed. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Our consultant Makendy Metellus was knowledgeable and helped us choose the style and material of blinds. The quality of the blinds exceeded our expectations—they look great and function smoothly. The installation process by David was quick, clean, and professional. The installers arrived on time, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything was perfectly aligned and secure. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied with both the product and the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  I’m writing to share my wonderful experience at Blinds To Go on Mount Pleasant Ave in Hanover. I visited to purchase a blind for a large living room window—the kind that can be adjusted from both the top and the bottom. I had a hard time deciding between two fabrics and even changed my mind after making my initial choice. I just want to say that the associate who helped me, Chaundray Oliver, was incredibly sweet and pleasant. She made the entire experience so enjoyable. Even when I changed my mind, she remained calm, patient, and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out and made my visit a great one. I’ve always loved Blinds To Go, and this experience only reinforces that I’ll continue to shop there. The staff is consistently friendly, and it makes all the difference. - Anna Sicurello

  My experience at Blinds to Go for the last couple of days has been extraordinary. I have always been impressed with the warranty they offer when you buy blinds from them. When I ordered my bedroom blind several years ago, I bought a Roman shade. In hindsight this was not the right choice due to the weight of the blind itself and the size of the slider door I needed covered. As a result, I’ve had to return to the store when the mechanism has become worn. This is my third time in the store. They have always fixed the blind quickly but in this instance I discussed additional options because I am not interested in continuing to deal with the weight of the blind. Jasmin Pippi the manager at the East Hanover store was incredibly professional, knowledgable and friendly. She walked me through multiple options. She explained the difficulty behind the Roman shade option and gave me an array of options to choose from. She shared fabric options with me, encouraged me to take them home, and gave me her personal number in case I had any further questions. She then met with me at the store for an additional consultation. In today’s world we are hard pressed to find this level of costumer service. During my time in the store I also witnessed the way she interacted with the rest of her friendly staff. It was so nice to see the cordial and kind interactions of the entire staff. Mak and Jasmine W. were also very friendly and helpful when I interacted with them prior to be introduced to the Manager. It is clear that Mrs. Pippi leads by example and instills a friendly, professional, service oriented environment. I am leaving today immensely satisfied and know that if I ever need to order blinds or curtains again, this is the place to go to. The new store on Route 10 is truly inviting, bright, ample and has such an array and variety of options to choose from. The best part, an amazing professional knowledgable staff that is part of the package! Kudos to them ALL!

  I recently visited Blinds To Go (Store #211), and I felt compelled to share just how exceptional my experience was—largely thanks to an incredible team member named Yazmin. From the moment I approached the counter, Yazmin greeted me with genuine enthusiasm and glee. Her award-winning smile immediately set the tone, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. What stood out most was that I wasn’t even there to make a purchase—I had already bought my blinds from this location previously and only needed a few accessories. Despite that, Yazmin didn’t treat me as an afterthought or a quick interaction. Instead, she gave me her full attention, taking the time to truly listen to my concerns and answer every single question I had with patience and care. Her level of dedication and professionalism went far beyond expectations. It was clear that her approach to customer service isn’t about making a sale—it’s about creating a meaningful and positive experience for every person who walks through the door. Yazmin embodies world-class customer service. Her energy, attentiveness, and warm personality turned what could have been a simple errand into a genuinely memorable visit. My experience at Store #211 was nothing short of exceptional, and it’s team members like Yazmin who make all the difference. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking not just for quality products, but for outstanding service.
