Went there 01/01/2026 at 5:29pm. To get my house key done and when I pressed the button for assistance an older white man with white hair wearing an camo Lowe’s vest came up with an attitude saying “what do you need” and as I was saying I need an regular key and then a fun design key and as I was about to hand him my house key he rudely said “well I need your key” and I just said “nevermind I’ll take my business elsewhere where don’t work here if your gonna be rude when I wasn’t”
