Nothing gets cleaned, swept or picked up! AC/Heat is left off, doors are left wide open!! Humidity in the building is well out of acceptable limits! I went to HD to buy a temp/humidity meter - see the pictures - 63% HUMIDITY!!! (Dover, NJ location!)

- TBTravis BabusSep 3, 20251.0I rented a 10x10 "Multi door unit" which was in fact, two separate 10x5 units located next too each other. I was able to fit all my belongings into one of the single 10x5 units. When I spoke to the manager/corporate was called, they said they were unable to split the "multi door unit" and charge me for a single 10x5 and I would need to relocate everything within the unit if i didn't want to be charged the 10x10 rate. This is just blatantly incorrect advertising(I assumed this was a corner unit with two doors, not two separate 10x5 units with a wall in between- if i wanted that, i would rent two 10x5s), now I need to return and relocate all my belongings.
