  Not surprised, but like to comment on the experience with owner, Mark, today. I purchased my Speedqueen washer at least 4 years ago, and realize then I saw the honesty, experiece and confidence Mark had..Mark is a wealth of knowledge on appliances. He took the time to help with an appliance issue out of state knowing I wasn’t shopping the local shop. They provide the excellent service for miles!

  Needed a couple quick parts that I couldn't find anywhere else. I dealt with Mark while I was there and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A great experience would highly recommend.

  Very professional, great scheduling, and they get the job done. I have used this company on 3 separate occasions, and each they solved my issues. Keep in mind that you do pay a premium for this service. So DIY folks may want to troubleshoot first before scheduling an appointment.
