  Yesterday, I received an email AND a text saying my delivery was today between 8:30 and 11:30...after disassembling my bed to get the two old frames out, and lugging it down a flight of stairs, and not hearing anything at 11:30, I called Customer Service only to find out there would be no delivery today...they claim they left a message today telling me so...there is no such message on my phone....very poor communication and customer service...

  Please READ!!!! Really poor customer service from this location. Our salesperson was good, no complaint there. But after purchasing the Nelson sectional sofa we noticed loud noises when adjusting or getting up. A service repair person came out and told us this noise was normal for this brand and there wasn’t a repair to make, that we needed to reach out to the store (nothing they could do). then the store said there was nothing they could do but to call the service department. That department will not answer or returns calls. Classic case of getting the run around from Raymour, no one wanting to help their customer with a faulty couch. When you spend $5k you not only expect it not to sound like squeaky box springs but you also expect better customer service. I regret not buying from Ashley or one of the options out there.

  Their app is absolutely ridiculous. It doesn’t work at all. You can’t get through to talk to a live person. They are delivering part of my order that I called and canceled because I am in the hospital and yet it’s still did not get through to the proper people, I have no idea what’s going on as soon as I get out of the hospital and get over I can’t get in touch with my sales person buy furniture there I wouldn’t. It’s ridiculous. Very poor Customer Service very poor app service or whatever you wanna call it it’s just ridiculous. It does don’t buy there is all I can say.

  Purchased recliner online- expected delivery in 2 wks, which is fine. Worked with customer service rep "chase". Very nice, professional. I wanted to order from a store nearby whom I trust for customer service from past purchases. Thank You
