While I didn't have a bad experience purchasing over $10k worth of furniture, dealing with their protection plan has been a nightmare. DO NOT GET THEIR PLATINUM PROTECTION PLAN!! They will tell you that it covers pretty much everything. Well one of the legs of a chair bent under its own weight and broke. I have submitted the online form twice, I have tried to call them multiple times throughout multiple days (no answer), and I have tried to call the 1888RAYMOUR number a million times with no answer other than a machine and being stuck in a waiting list for over 30 minutes and being promised "to have a call back" that never happened! It's been over a week now of me trying to reach anybody regarding this protection plan with absolutely no results. So if you want to buy your furniture here, DO NOT BE TRICKED INTO GETTING THE PLATINUM PROTECTION PLAN!! It is just giving your money away for free

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is absolutely awful. I paid for the platinum protection plan, my couch was damaged due to a pen exploding, and I can not get anyone on the phone. I left 4 messages, and when I heard nothing I went to the store and was given a "direct number" to the service manager and told to call on Monday. I called and once again, I can not get anyone on the phone.

Order 2 chairs on 10/2 was told it was in stock and available for pickup on 10/8. Called today for estimate time and now told chairs are not available and will probably be available on 10/13. This is unacceptable as I only ordered them because they promised availability by the 10th
