SCAM ARTISTS!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! The furniture quality is subpar at best, trash at worst. We purchased a platinum protection plan when we bought our couch in September 2024, it is already falling apart. Our first service request in January 2025 went smoothly, now it has become impossible to get a live person on the phone or get a call back to schedule our second service request. We've submitted 3 online claims, left five messages and submitted our number for call back due to "busier than normal call volumes" six times over the past 3 weeks. Apparently the one guy they have employed making call backs is really backed up! Oh, and if you try to get through on their chat bot it also generates a message "We apologize for any delays, but we are currently experiencing higher than normal call and chat volumes. We will work to get to you as soon as possible." I was unaware that hundreds, nay thousands of people are calling and chatting with the all-star service team of Raymour and Flannigan. The only extension that answers is sales (big surprise)! They then say they can't help you and transfer you to another line that either asks you to leave a message or just hangs up after 15 rings. Many better options on the market like Ashley Furniture, Bob's Furniture, etc.

Naz was an absolute pleasure! I’ve never experienced better service than I did when buying a mattress from him!! He’s so down to earth and an incredible salesman! I will always request him whenever I come to Raymour & Flanigan because he is the absolute best!! Thanks again Naz!!

I am being generous with a 2. Sold me furniture that was a special order after I asked if in stock. Was given a delivery date 2x which dodnt happen. Didnt receive a call to let me know. No one and I mean no one answers the phone at any of the numbers given. Ignores emails. Had to physically go in the store. Have a problem with the fur iture after one week. Finally reached someone and they said they would send me a link which didn't happen to put in a claim.
Called another number and automated system sent me a claim. Will never go back
