  This is the worst alarm company I have ever had. Stay away! Customer service are bad! The system wasn't working I have to pay 150$ for them come out just look at it. Then not even a month the system not working again. They want me to pay another 300$ + to get a check again. I also paying 47.5$ for monthly service. I really want to get rid of this company so bad! However their contract are 5 years. For all the other Alarm companies I have only need 1 year contract. Be aware ! Stay away!!

  Excellent company. I’ve had there system in our home for over 35 years. Response times for any issues have been very fast. I would definitely recommend them.

  To the guys from B Safe Security, I wanted to say thank you for coming out and installing our camera system. The crew was on time and courteous. The guys Kevin, Tom, and Steve were very well informed and nice and they helped put the app on our phones as we are not very tech savvy. Thanks also to our sales rep Tom Swenney who was very nice and thorough. A great job done all around. From Linda and Philip Webb.

  Fantastic, quick customer service. Joe Ralston called me back just a few hours after my initial inquiry and was out to my grandfather’s house immediately. Joe is retired from law enforcement and his confidence and expertise made me feel very safe, protected and that we would be getting exactly what was necessary. After the paperwork was signed installation begins in three business days. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience getting all of this set up and taken care of. Our initial service is the camera installation and then we are switching the alarm account over to B Safe as well. Thank you Joe!
