- AAAnother1320Down5 days ago2.0I'll start by saying I dread giving any type of bad review. This store has a consistent lack of stock, especially in model building. Always short on paints, building materials, air brushes etc. The manager that I have seen is toxic, annoyed by every interaction...she knows who she is. The employees have been ok, it's obvious they're annoyed by being overworked and under staffed by a sub standard manager, but still willing to provide a positive interaction. After visiting a properly run store such as the Sicklerville location I can see a clear difference. I only hope this store recieves a decent management team to provide its employees and its customers a proper shopping experience. I enjoy going to Hobby Lobby, but this store needs management training, or replacement.

For some reason they don't put prices on the shelves, they put actual price tags on the items (most of the time) so don't be surprised if you find an item that you have no way of knowing the price. Also, for some reason, they insist on having the cashier's ring up every item manually so, you may or may not get all the discounts you're supposed to (the cashier's can't be expected to remember every single sale item) and it takes way longer to get through the line due to the manual ring up.
