  We were needing valance clips, so upon entering Dept store we were greeted courtesy and were given the clips. No charge just done, very much appreciated. Thank you

  We could not be happier with these curtains. You pay a little more for custom made curtains but it’s worth it to pick out your own material and have them make the exact size you need. We couldn’t find anything but long panels. We will go back to Blinds to Go for all our curtains in the future.

  I love my shutters that were installed in my kitchen the installer was Tom. He was very professional very nice. Did a great job. However, he went to put my verticals up and Iafter he had them up, there was something wrong with the track so now I have to wait for a new track and wait for them to be installed. I have used blinds to go in the past. I never had a problem. I was very satisfied with them.just hope I don’t have to wait too long for new installation.

  ⸻ Absolutely unacceptable experience with Blinds To Go. The installer damaged our brand-new window trim and front door, leaving multiple holes that were never disclosed. The shades don’t function properly, one was installed crooked, and loose screws were left around our home—creating a safety hazard for our baby and dog. Worst of all, the technician cut his finger during installation and left blood on the trim of our infant’s bedroom window. This was never disclosed to us. Completely unsanitary and beyond unprofessional. It’s now been over a week with zero response from any customer service manager—no accountability, no urgency, no effort to make this right. We paid in full and were left with damage, defective installation, and a shocking lack of care. Think twice before using this company.
