I am a 37 year veteran truck driver. With the price of parking so high now a days, this location is free, perfectly secure and very well lit. The manager and staff are above and beyond excellent and their friendliness and customer service go so far above the standard. Close to several restaurants like Chick-Fil-A, 5 Guys, Chipotle and there is a Korean Hot Pot restaurant that is amazing in the same parking lot. There is also a grocery store across the street. Just make sure you take care of your area around your truck.... no dumping trash... thats why there are dumpsters near and trashcans in the lot. Thank you again management staff for your kindness to an old, tired truck driver looking for some peaceful rest.

Drive 45 min to pick up a grill because it is the only store around that had it in stock. Asked for help because they had nobody around. They said they have 3 BUT it is up on a shelf and it may take 30 min to an hour to get it down. I said OK I will run to another appointment and be back. Came back 40 min later WAITED another 50 min later and walked out. Left my cart with another $300 of accessories and walked out.. I guess $1200 in sales doesn't matter to these guys... 1.5 hours of time wasted... Not buying from Lowes again anytime soon.. I drive by a Home Depot to get to my local Lowes and won't be doing that anymore.

I had an excellent experience at the Delran Lowe’s thanks to Jerry. He went above and beyond to help me, spending nearly 45 minutes to an hour assisting me in finding the perfect cement planter along with a few other items I needed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I left with exactly what I was looking for.
Jerry didn’t just point me in the right direction—he stayed with me, answered all my questions, offered helpful suggestions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across that level of customer service, and it really made a difference in my shopping experience.
Because of Jerry, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Lowe’s is lucky to have someone so dedicated and helpful on their team! THANK YOU JERRY , everything worked out perfectly !

I would recommend visiting a different location for a better experience. Curbside pickup here always takes 30-60 minutes (I write this 35 minutes into my wait as I’m about to just walk in), in-store pickups are almost never correct, and there are solicitors inside that will harass you until you block them. A solar panel solicitor from here even found me on Instagram. Communication between the employees is poor, which is confusing because I only ever see them standing around talking. Home Depot is across the street and I’ve never had problems there.

will never shop at this location again! Been a a loyal Lowes customer for 15 years and I’ve never had an issue until today. Purchased a lawnmower online. It was delivered Friday, my handyman assembled it today (Mon) after 15 minutes of using the lawnmower. It stopped working. I attempted to return it to Delran location after the AI assistant said for me to bring it in because I had 30 days even though it was used. The Manager at this location refused to exchange it, said I had to call the manufacturer because I only had two days from purchase date to return it. I even played the recording from him from the AI assistant saying that I was able to return it and it’s stated clearly on the website. He refused!!! I then called Mapleshade location spoke to a manager, She was very nice. Told me to come to the store immediately, I did have 30 days to return it. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes with a refund from the staff whom were extremely friendly.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
