Bought a dryer. Lowe’s subbed out my delivery to a contractor that doesn’t speak English. First the delivery contractor disrespected me over phone because he failed to find the house. Once he got there he disrespected me and my family and refused to install. Kept trying to hand me a his phone to speak to someone. When I made the purchase I typed down my own address. I asked about every single detail before placing this order in Lowe’s. “Stiven” approved every single detail when I asked in store. This is the professionalism Lowes provides. They refuse to give information about their subcontractors. You can work for Lowe’s and go use faul language at customers and have no consequences. Great professionalism.

No recomiendo. Fui a comprar un escalón para mi escaleras y quise ver las ofertas de plantas.
Estaban trabajando alado mío y no me dejaron escoger bien mis plantas, aparte que había una que me gustó y no tenía precio. Pero me la llevé y cuando fui a pagar mis plantas, pregunté por el precio y no me quisieron ayudar y enojado el señor que era bisco y usaba bastón me dijo de mala gana que el no podía venderme la planta y exigi que busque el código de barra. Llamó a un muchacho trabajador de ahí mismo y también mala cara despotas. Horrible experiencia. No saludan no ayudan y fatal servicio. Soy ciudadana hable inglés y eso no importa. Si soy hispana igual hay racismo. Increíble.. Nunca más volveré a comprar en lowes.

How do I check my order status?

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
