    My wife and I went to Lowe's on Wednesday November 26 to purchase a side by side refrigerator was to be delivered on Friday the 28th we paided for the install and also the extra 50 for removing the old refrigerator . Friday the delivery people showed up we were told that he wouldn't connect the water line because because it wasn't metal so I shut off the water in the basement and took the line off myself then the driver said the screen door had to be removed to get it through the door I said that is fine I was told that they couldn't do it even though I asked when we purchased it the door had to be removed the salesman said that was what we paid the extra for to bring it in and set it up so I was going to take the door off myself they told the refrigerator out of the box on the truck and it was scratched up and dented. My wife said she didn't pay for a dented up scratched up refrigerator so she said she wanted one that wasn't scratched up and dented they loaded it back up on the truck. We called Jack at the Lowe's in delran New Jersey where we purchased the refrigerator he said well you can take delivery of the bad one and they can bring one out next week and pick up the damaged one and replace it so I went out to tell the driver and they took off I told Jack now this was five minutes after they left and he said we can't send the driver back I explained that he just left and he refused to even try so we are stuck without a refrigerator for another three days. I will never buy anything from Lowe's delran or any other Lowe's ever again very unhelpful we are very disappointed in Lowe's never again you can bet on it horrible service delivery service is horrible so disappointed in Lowe's and everyone I know and talk to will know how horrible Lowe's is trust me

    I went to Lowe’s to exchange a propane tank. I paid for it then waited for 20 minutes for someone to help me. I decided to get a refund after waiting that long. The person working the refund counter explained to me that the person who works outside sometimes can’t hear the pages. I don’t fault the employees for this. It’s a bad system to have a single point of failure. Assigning that task to one person and not utilizing and type of communication system besides paging inside the store. Technology is a wonderful thing and a multi-billion dollar company should be better. Disappointed.
