I originally had a box truck coming to unload into my unit, but we quickly realized the space was too narrow and there was a step that a pallet jack just could not get over. I was honestly stressed, but the staff immediately stepped in to help. They switched me to a front unit that had easier access and a much smaller step, and they handled everything super quickly with no price change at all. They were patient and let me take my time unloading the truck, which made a huge difference. They even checked to see if there was a ramp available to help us out. Everyone was kind, calm, and genuinely helpful. The location is also amazing. It is right off the highway, very easy to access, and they have tons of units in all different sizes. Overall such a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend.
