They kept increasing me it seemed Like they were increasing me every two to three months And they were increasing A whole lot of money, (Not $25 or $50 but hundreds of dollars) putting a lock on the unit it made me feel like they were trying to steal my stuff by increasing me on purpose so that they can keep my items If you are going through hard times, please do not utilize this storage facility. They are unfair, very unfair and will increase you if they feel as though that you have some valuable things that they can benefit from.

Turns out, I found another Extra Space Storage location closer to my home and the folks at both offices worked with me to issue me a refund at the location where I first signed up and then open a new account for a similar unit at the new location. I got a great deal for a 5x15 room with drive up access, which more than suits my current needs. The facility is well maintained, with adequate security cameras present and the unit was easy to find and very clean. I had the gate access code sent via text, e-mail and on the app, which allows me to easily manage my account and there was a lock waiting for me in the unit. I’m happy to have found Extra Space. Reasonable, competitive pricing. Friendly and responsive customer service all around, but special thanks to Roy at the Cranbury office.
