    Get my water tested weekly there for free, haven't steered me wrong yet. My pool is clean, clear, and the chlorine doesn't burn your eyes. They make a plan for you, give suggestions, and don't pressure you into buying anything even if you need it.

    Went to the store 3pm in the afternoon and the doors were locked with a sign saying closed for lunch. After a few minutes, the manager opens the door to let someone out and shuts the door in my face as well as 2 other customers who were waiting for them to reopen from lunch stating she still needs to eat something. It's usually my go-to but I'm never returning there again.

    I went to this store several times last year and waited for someone to attend the counter and check out.Today I waited for a water test that could not be evaluated by the young cashier,then told to wait again to check out my two bags of shock treatment. The older gentlemen told me to wait until he finished with a customer who came in after me.The woman cashier turned her back and walked away to another aisle. I told them that I only wanted to pay for the products,blank stare reply prompted me to tell them I was leaving and not coming back.The older gentleman said "Good". I drove (5) blocks to another pool service business next to the Patco Commuter Train Tracks, I paid at checkout in (5) Minutes "Good for Me"!
