  I have been a customer of Ex-Terminator for over 10 years, and they have consistently taken excellent care of several of my properties. Their team is always prompt, reliable, and professional. On one occasion, I experienced an issue at one of my buildings, and despite it being a holiday with bad weather, the owner made time to fit me in for service. I truly appreciate that level of dedication. I highly recommend Ex-Terminator to anyone looking for dependable service. You also get a personal touch, which makes a big difference when working with a small business.

  Adriana and Niko are very prompt and thorough. They take care of all of our buildings and notify us of any preventative changes we need to make. They also communicate directly with our tenants to avoid us spending the time going back-and-forth. We have used Exterminator Pest Control for way over 10 years.

  I signed up for a new service just last month, and was told by the gentleman that came to my house that i could cancel at any time without a penalty. I just tried to call and cancel because we are moving, and was told there would be a $1300 cancellation fee. I felt the gentleman that came out to my home took advantage of a me (a woman) with a newborn baby that was crying, and legitimately lied to my face just to get a sale. I was going to consider reinstating the service after I moved as well as recommend the service to the new owners, but I will absolutely not be doing that after this experience. I have been a customer of terminix for 2.5 years and this is disgusting.
