We went in to get our unit and lock and let her know that the unit we selected smelled of moth balls. I’m pregnant and I cannot handle the idea of things we love potentially smelling like that forever. Without hesitation, Eve helped us into a new unit and made sure we were aware of all the things to come with our contract. She was so lovely and I’m thankful our experience today was so positive!! 10/10 for Eve!
