- JAJennifer AnneDec 22, 20251.0This company not only does residential landscaping, but they also have an apartment complex that they service. Maybe more than one, I don’t know. This company has caused much damage to personal property in the complex I live in. The workers are careless and destructive. Worst part, they truly don’t care and will even blow you completely off if you complain. This has been going on for years, and they continue to do it because I guess they can. Living in an apartment complex does not give us the right to have our personal belongings safe from being damaged. Horrible company. Just horrible.
- JGJosephine GrafJun 19, 20231.0Has not been a year when I contacted Szuls regarding dying shrubs. Sent pictures showing the state the shrubs were in. Sent someone out to feed and cut dead branches off. Few weeks ago I contacted them again regarding the same issues. I wanted my husband to be there so they can let him know why these shrubs were dying. I was contacted back that they are very busy and will come out when they can. Of course it was when we were not home. Once again , he fed and cut branches. They look worse now. Before all this back and forth, when we were still under the one year warranty, the shrubs should have been replaced. BTW the Azalea shrub is nothing but branches and other Azaleas never bloomed. They do not stand by their guarantee for one year, instead they send out this guy that feeds and cut off branches until the one year has lapsed.
