They were very patient and responsive to all of my questions. They helped me get the perfect setup and I couldn’t be happier with the couch that I purchased. Starting with our LoveSac specialist Erica who not only walked us through the process, but took the time to get to know us, our needs, and helped us design want we wanted within our budget. As a disabled veteran they ensured we got the best deal including a veteran discount. Even after the sale she continued to check in with us to ensure we were updated on when we would expect our delivery. Once we received our delivery she once again checked in to make sure we received everything as expected and was there to answer all our questions providing advice and guidance on the configuration and setup process. After everything was completed she again checked in on us one more time to ensure we were happy and satisfied with our new LoveSac purchases. This is not your typical furniture sales experience LoveSac specifically Erica really went above and beyond in my opinion. We are so overwhelming satisfied with our overall experience from start to finish (we give a10+ rating). Thank you Erica and the Cherry Hill LoveSac team for making this an amazing experience for us.
