I went to 6 furniture stores this week looking for a zero gravity recliner. One of which specialized in supporting spine. They did not come in leather for over $ 4000.
Lazy Boy had a comparable chair with many leathers for me to pick from. I do have a 6 to 8 week wait but I am looking forward to using my new chair.

We went to the LaZBoy in Cherry Hill. I needed a chair with lumbar support for back issues. Amy helped us find the perfect chairs. And, we even ended up with a sofa to complete our living room. We were not rushed in decision making and would highly recommend!!

I just spent a couple thousand dollars in this store for furniture, and the manager Jim is worthless. He acused me of asking for free shipping because "we don't just offer that". My sofa was supposed to be delivered Saturday between 1-4pm. Their website for tracking doesn't work. The delivery people showed up at 11:30am while I wasn't even home to tell me they would not be delivering my sofa due to, what they called "ice" in my driveway. It was packed snow that was removed well before my delivery window. Jim not only accused me of asking for free delivery, but when I told him to have them deliver the sofa during my actual scheduled time when I was home told me "they have a route and they won't come back". I multiple times told him what time my delivery window was and that it's not even time for my delivery window. When asked what I would be compensated as I now have no sofa in my living room he again referenced that I didn't pay for shipping but that he would credit me $200 when the furniture is delivered and stated he would call me Monday to reschedule. He got so irritated that he "had to disconnect the call at this point". We'll today is Monday, and no one had called me so I had my boyfriend call in everyone's best interest, and Jim stated he couldn't reschedule it because it was still on for last weekend delivery and he would have to call him back. My boyfriend happened to be near the store's exit on the way home so he stopped in tp see Jim. When my boyfriend stated his name and the sofa in question Jim's demeanor changed. Originally, I was going to pick up MY OWN FURNITURE to save on the delivery cost. It was at that moment that I was told how "difficult it was to put together and we will waive the shipping fee and have it delivered for you". When my boyfriend told him, again, that I did not ask for delivery and wanted to pick up my own furniture, Jim finally disclosed that they have no where to put furniture at their store and it would have been put on their show room floor until it was picked up as they have no storage. They scam you out of $200 for "white glove delivery" because they have no where to hold furniture pick ups. I would have had my furniture 2 werks ago if I stuck to the no thank you I will pick it up myself. They are very deceptive and dishonest. Anyone who goes here just tell them you will pick up your own furniture, and they will deliver for free as they have no where to hold your stuff. Now my sofa won't be delivered until this Friday, a week later. Again, I have no sofa in my living room. Jim you better keep up your end of the bargain with $200 credited to my account, and don't ever acuse someone of something they didn't do. I will NOT be recommending your store and will be reporting to corporate. When my boyfriend stated that I will be the first delivery this Friday Jim states he has no control over that. Terrible person and management. I was in the phone as well when my boyfriend called, and he also noticed the rude tone for your screw up.
