Every rainstorm, my unit floods in the front corner. There is a buildup of dirt and debris in front of the unit door, and the inside is coated with dirt in the corner where it floods. When I brought up this concern, I was given the option to move to a different unit. I'm not taking a whole day off to switch storage units. What an unbelievably bad solution. Now I have to pay $80 a month more for a leaky unit? What a joke.
