- JWJohn Vander Wiele1 day ago1.0Don’t buy trees from Lowes. Bought apple trees from Lowes last year on 3/15/26. About a week ago the other trees started showing buds and two didn’t. Went to Lowes to exchange them but they said No because it’s over 365 days. I told the manager that how could I tell they were dead until they bloom?? Told him it’s not a logical policy and he just shrugged and flippantly said You know I don’t make the policy right? I have spent tens of thousands of dollar at this place over the years. Never will spend a dollar here again
- KNKay Niall1 day ago1.0As I used the self-checkout, I was stared at the entire time. Every move I made was commented on. The store was busy, so I wasn't the only person checking out, I did not ask for help. I don't know if it was sexism or just a straight-up creep who was the attendant. I tried calling the store about it after I left (I couldn't wait to get out of there) but was on hold for such a long time, I gave up and decided to write a review. I prefer to not go to the competitor, but this was just too disturbing.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
