I asked for help. The first guy tried but didnt know how. He radioed for someone else. Second guy, Tim I think, laughed at me, told a joke and didnt solve the problem before walking away. I couldn't get a straight answer on weather it copied car keys. The staff need to be trained on how to use the machines in your store. Maybe this is store policy, not your machine its up to me if I can use it or not. If so well im not coming back, if not and the machine works and someone can help, please let me know. Maybe I can come when the person who knows how it works is on? I couldn't even get what it cost to use it.

I am always greeted at the door with a smiling employee and assistance within the store is only a minute or two away from when you need it. In my opinion, all the big box retailers should be doing this regardless, but unfortunately... they don't!!

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
