  I worked with Carlos to rent a unit at the Budd Lake Storage facility. Carlos was friendly and courteous and took the time to listen to what my needs were and then showed me a few of the options that he had available for me. When I did finally select a unit, he helped me complete all of the paperwork. He took the time to show me how I can get into the facility when the office staff is not there, and he explained how the locks work and actually took me up to my unit to make sure that I was able to open and lock my unit on my own. He also suggested I download the app as it would have all the information I would need about my unit. Google says I can only give Carlos five stars. In my book he deserves 10. Kudos Carlos and thank you very much for all your help !!

  I worked with Carlos to secure my storage unit. Carlos made the entire process fast, simple and understandable. He explained every step of the process as well as things he felt I should know in order for me to make the best decision for myself, extremely helpful. Pleasantly surprised but very grateful to have had Carlos handle the booking of my storage unit. UPDATE 3/24/26 I have been using this storage unit for approx. 2 1/2 years now. Unfortunately through the years I have had to use storage units in different areas. As I have stated prior my original introduction to this storage unit was with Carlos. Not one time since my move in to this current day has Carlos been anything but professional, caring, kind, knowledgeable and a troubleshooter for any of my personal storage issues. In a day and age where people just don't seem to even do their job properly, Carlos has absolutely blown me away. I recently had an unfortunate situation were my paralized son's apartment burned down. I wasn't sure that I was going to be able to get a storage unit but after calling Carlos and asking for an additional unit he went out of his way making phone calls to other sites while also seeing what he could do at his Budd Lake location which is the one I needed. Carlos followed up with me multiple times that day securing the unit I needed at the location I needed. This is his way. He has always been helpful and very personable. Knows you by name and say hello Ed when he sees you. First and only storage facility I've used where I feel completely at ease, that's thanks to Carlos.

  This was my second time renting a unit for my classic car. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Process to both rent and move out is simple. Units are clean and have sensored overhead lights in them. Ill be renting here again in the winter.

  Just started an Extra Space Storage rental, climate control. The reservation and lease signing was quick and easy, with a very pleasant knowledgeable rep....mostly done over the phone. Access to the building is easy yet feels very secure. The office manager is very pleasant and friendly. They have long access hours (6am-10pm) and convenient loading/unloading. Carts are available, complimentary use. And there's an app!
