Betsy, who handles all the scheduling, is incredibly flexible, responsive, and kind — she always goes above and beyond to make things easy for me. Katia cleans my condo, and she does an amazing job every single time. She’s so thorough, thoughtful, and just a lovely person to have around. My home always feels fresh, spotless, and welcoming after she’s been here. Recently, I reached out to Betsy to see if she could help my elderly mother with regular cleaning, and she immediately arranged for support. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my mom’s home would be cared for by someone reliable and compassionate. I can’t recommend Total House Cleaning LLC highly enough — professional, caring, and truly exceptional service all around!

- SSSsrk360Dec 11, 20202.0Owner and one of the cleaners was rude. She cut corners in cleaning. Didn't clean 1 major areas of the house discussed. Sent picture of unclean area back to the owner and she made incorrect justifications and excuses. Earlier when she came over for estimate she also passed unnecessary comments and was generally unpleasant. I did not enjoy the experience, and I do not recommend their service for now. I hope they can improve their general demeanor & attitude. However, on the bright side, they were punctual. That's why I'm giving them 2 stars instead of just 1.
