    I went to a lazy boy by recliner. Unfortunately, the recliner I wanted was much more than I could afford, but the salesperson Showed me other chairs that were less expensive, less features with it. But ended up being very happy with the choices I made, thanks to the salesperson who made it very easy to decide what I wanted, no stress, no pressure. They delivered the chair 2 days later, which was right on time. Remove my old chair for me. I'm very pleased with the choices I made. I would recommend this particular lazy boy store\n For a great experience.

    I enjoyed shopping for new recliners, Cynthia was very helpful and patient while I tried out many recliners. Lazy-boy is always my first choice, my couch is 15 years old and finally feeling lived in, so it’s time for new seating. Looking forward to using my power recliner, the one I have now is manual. Thank you Cynthia for your time and patience in helping me select the recliners.

    We ordered a loveseat/recliner and had a very positive experience with our salesperson, Karen. We actually just stopped in to look at recliners (it’s time to ‘retire’ our 15+ yr old La-Z-Boy recliners), but after talking with Karen, she showed us several different options to choose from. She gave us quite a few very good suggestions, which helped us to ultimately make our choice of a loveseat! A big thank you to Karen for all of her help! Can’t wait to get our new loveseat with all its ‘bells and whistles’!!!

    Update RE: Our Delivery Experience Today. The only thing professional about La-Z-Boy was the delivery driver, who was kind, not at fault, and apologized for the inconvenience of the damaged couch. The rest of our delivery experience was unacceptable. First, we did not receive ANY phone call from Customer Service beforehand to let us know that it was damaged prior to leaving the warehouse this morning and still tried to deliver it damaged. Driver showed us photos of the tears in leather, which was in multiple locations. We had to refuse delivery. Quality of leather is now a HUGE concern--the leather is not durable as promised by salesperson. We specifically said we have a dog and wanted the proper material for an active, large dog. Originally we wanted microfiber material, before being conviced at La-Z-Boy that leather was more durable for pets. Clearly, after seeing the photos, it easily tears and under the thin layer of caramel colored leather, was exposed white material, which proves that this is not the type of quality we expected for top grain leather and especially for dogs. Immediately after our delivery, we tried to call Customer Service to request a refund, but Customer Service is closed on weekends when they deliver, which leaves us with no immediate assistance, therefore our only choice was to leave this review. We will call on Monday to start the return process. Now, we have no couch to sit on because we disassembled it in advance this morning, knowing that the delivery guys were going to place it on the curb today. Why wouldn't Customer Service let us know that it arrived damaged to the warehouse BEFORE the deliver driver loaded it into the truck? This lack of communication, caused us much unnecessary inconvenience and ruined our weekend. We are shocked that a well-respected company like La-Z-Boy would lack customer communication and product quality.

Our Sales Experience: Before meeting John, our design consultant at La-Z-Boy at the Brick location, we had nightmare experiences at other furniture stores with overbearing, pushy salespeople. After those bad experiences, I was about to give up on coach and recliner shopping. We decided to visit La-Z-Boy because we love your quality of recliners. When we met John, he immediately put us at ease and accessed our needs with the most patient, helpful style. We are so happy with this entire experience because John and the store manager went above and beyond helping us with choosing the right coordinating colors and designs.
