System didn't tell me about the 3 free brass keys until after I paid. I really only needed 7 keys. I thought I HAD to pick one of the first set of keys @ $5 per key. I paid $37+ for my keys. When I got home with them I found that NONE of the 10 keys worked. I was not happy. Went back to Lowe's return dept. Ended up getting a store credit. I was told they have a key station where a person makes them for you. Didn't know that. Went that route and all THOSE keys worked just fine. I was told many customers have complained about the machine. I'll never use it again. Hope they remove it from the store. The only reason you got 1 star is because I had to give you at these 1 star to be able to post my review. Frankly, this was a ZERO star performance.
