today I had a pick up order at Lowe’s in Brick New Jersey location when the two women came out with my order they refuse to put it in my trunk. That’s the reason I did a pick up order because the policy is for them to put it in your car!! but eventually when I did not pick that up myself, they just put it in my car. They are very rude. I know those girls from customer service and this has happened before. hopefully, they would confront this review and speak to these women.

I had some questions about availability of an item . Cindy in customer service went way out of her way to help me . The Brick store is not the closest Lowes to me but it was worth the trip in that I got what I needed. I will use that store going forward '

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
