    Jill in paint and Catherine in bath/kitchen/EVERYTHING were amazing! Our cabinets began to separate from the wall in our home less than a year after purchasing it. We took all of the cabinets down and decided there’s no time like the present to do a mild remodel. Jill was so sweet and helped match our dream color for the kitchen and helped us find the paint that would help keep our kitchen tidy (does well with water, stains, etc). And Catherine…she was just wonderful! We were obviously stressed and excited, she was patient and helped match our dream paint with dream tiles! She also helped find grout for us that would match our vision and our needs and help ring us up in her section so we wouldn’t be stressed bringing everything to the front and potentially forgetting something. 20 out of 10, Jill and Catherine are our remodel dream team! No notes, we will always go to these two women 💜

    My husband and I had a project in our home for some interior painting, forgive me, but we forget the representative to help us in the painting section. She was absolutely so helpful and caring for our needs. I hope this finds her you did an amazing job young lady!

    Ordered 4 appliances for our new home. The oven was delivered and installed. Then we smelled a gas leak coming from the newly installed oven. We had to call a plumber, who informed us the stove was incorrectly installed by Lowe’s causing a dangerous gas leak. Additionally, the fridge that was delivered had a scratch and dent on the door. Lowe’s customer support was called and a chat was started addressing these problems, pictures were sent of the damage through the chat. Many attempts were made through calling and writing in the chat but Lowe’s customer support did not offer any type of compensation/ refund for their damaged products, leaving us to pay full price for the damaged products and pay for correct the installation of the products. Update: After posting this review a representative from Lowe’s commented on the post and provided a phone number to call. The phone number was just the number of the Lowe’s store. They were also unable to resolve this issue, leaving me with two damaged appliances that were delivered by Lowe’s and no resolution.
