I came to La-Z-Boy because I have a recliner that my late wife bought me for my birthday about 8 years ago and I love it!
I was looking to try to buy another recliner to match the one my wife bought for me. Cynthia helped me find the right colored fabric and chair model, I asked her about a loveseat and she helped me choose one that would best fit in my living room.
Cynthia was patient, helpful, was really eager to help me. When I return to get a couch I will look for her for guidance.

This was our first time to this location. We were greeted in a very warm way by Karen and not in a hovering way most furniture stores can be.
We were given ample time to walk around and when we were ready Karen was right there and worked with us over a two day period. She could not have been better and I highly suggest seeing her on your visit

Top quality merchandise and respectable prices.
Quality furniture comes with a bit higher price tag but that’s understandable.
Whenever we need living room furniture we go to Lazy Boy!

My salesperson was Michelle. I can’t say enough about how helpful she was. I can finally say it was a pleasure working with a salesperson. I would give her a 5+. The only reason I gave a 4 is because of the chair itself. It is beautiful and very comfortable, but the “ off gassing “ smell was overpowering after being unwrapped. It literally took a good 2 weeks for it to dissipate.

BUYER BEWARE, THEY CHARGE $165 an hour PLUS SHIPPING COSTS FOR REPAIRS AFTER 1 year!! They won’t tell you this in the store!
I ordered a couch, two recliners, coffee and end tables a few weeks ago from salesperson Michelle in the Brick location. I happened to be at my mother’s house when she had an issue with a recliner she bought from them 3 years ago. She was told she would have to pay $165 an hour for labor plus shipping for any parts that are needed. She was never told this at time of purchase and I was never told this when I ordered my furniture.
In fact, I called and asked Michelle if anything were to go wrong would I have to pay a service fee for them to come out to fix it. She said “no, it would be covered under warranty”. To be purposely deceptive to a customer is horrendous. I tried to cancel my order after learning about this high hourly rate only to be called back by the store manager, Denise, who said it’s past the three days they allow for cancellation even though what I ordered isn’t even a special order. I told her I specifically asked if there were any fees for repairs and was told no, but she said she has to believe her staff over customers. I told her to listen to our conversation since they must record their calls but she said calls aren’t recorded. She said that’s their fees fluctuate so they don’t tell customers what the fees are but they tell them they are responsible for labor. Nor I, nor my mother who ordered at two separate times were told about ANY LABOR FEES.
