As a corporate business, I don’t love it, as they will raise prices on current renters on an apparent supply and a demand basis and you only find out by mail or by seeing in the app that your rent was raised. Staff in person are transparent about this and how they don't have control over it and they do their best to offer whatever deals or breaks they can. Overall good experience, easy to access, good staff.
