    Very large store with lots of furniture and home goods and decor! Great store to walk around and browse! Lots of couches and comfortable chairs to take a nap as well!

    I had the best experience with Tonya helping me with my purchase of a very large rug. Delivery was supposed to be in the 9am window. It was changed to a 3:45 pm. Still no rug. If it wasn’t for Tonya I don’t think the rug would have been delivered that day. Tonya made it happen at 6:30 pm . I’m very pleased with her customer service. Nancy Barnett

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund. While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items. *we allow up to 3 returns without a receipt.
