    The in person vs online representation is completely incorrect. Returning and wasted money because it’s clearance. Completely unfair to customers to represent poorly online.

    Although I absolutely love this store, you could be here for a week & not see everything. Its beautifully layed out & extremely organized. However, mgmt is less than desirable.... Communication is key. I was there to buy a kitchen island & have it delivered. I waited about 45mins for the mngr to do her part because she is the only person who can setup the delivery process. No one knew what to do or how to do it. Normally I would have just said I'm done & walked out. But I truly wanted the item. The cashier was extremely apologetic about it. Wasn't her fault nor was it the fault of the young gent who initially helped me out. I'm a manager myself & if I left a client waiting 45mins with no answers, I promise you a call would be made to my corp office with a major complaint. I'm not deterred from shopping here, but I won't be as nice the next time around. Corporate will be called & names will be given, hopefully resulting in a better outcome. I spent over 2 hours just to get the 1 item.

    Very large store with lots of furniture and home goods and decor! Great store to walk around and browse! Lots of couches and comfortable chairs to take a nap as well!

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
