- RSRobert Stahl1 day ago5.0I recently placed an order for pick up and received a message that it would be ready for pick up soon. After about a week, I hadn't heard anything so called. I spoke with Hector who looked into my order and found that there had been a mix up with the delivery and apologized. It had been delivered but was assumed to be for restock. Hector made sure it was ready when I came later that day. Hector once again apologized (not his fault). The staff have always been helpful and friendly every time I've gone in. Although there was mix up, the service recovery was exceptional. I'll be going back there in the future.

It is a large store with lots of different types of storage containers and thing to help get your home in order. We weren't able to find something to hang up our kitchen pots with but that was probably a long shot for this type of store anyway.
