  The two employees at this location who were working today were AMAZING. They helped me work out all of the issues with my pool after this awful company Pool Town left my backyard looking like the black lagoon. The Leslie's employees walked me through everything I needed to do, and now everything looks great. The employees were super inclusive, caring, and even pet friendly (we stopped by spur of the moment with our dog).

  ****Update**** Went back the next day to have my water tested & it was pretty decent based upon the instructions provided. I was advised to now treat with Power Powder Plus (after the rain stops) & vacuum. Two days later, it was back to a very beautiful blue. I did end up having to use dry acid as well to lower the pH for proper balance going forward but all in all, the Leslie's staff knows the pool business. I am more than pleased with the service & most of all my results!😊 ******************************************* Trips to Leslie's is ALWAYS a very pleasant experience. My pool water was going in the green direction & they were extremely helpful. Harsh M. tested my water & along with the store mgr. gave me immediate instructions. They did not try to sell me a thing at that time & asked that I come back the next day for another water test before next steps. Check back for an update on the conclusion but ultimately I am extremely pleased!😉

  I will never buy anything from them again. Such terrible customer service both online and in store. I was given the runaround regarding the pool heater I bought. Was told that the installation would be free and that they would schedule it in house. Heater took longer to arrive which during these times I understand but no one to speak to and no tracking information. Spoke to manager at this location who was very helpful at first until the heater finally arrived and I was pushed to the 800 number for install after being told it would be handled in house bc of all the trouble. As I’m writing this review I’m sitting on hold for the past 26 mins waiting for someone to answer for install. I have WASTED way too much of my time dealing with something that should’ve been easy breezy.

  My husband went there a week ago to have water tested the employee told him he had big problems never ever seen this before. He told him the pool was full of metal & needed to raise ph. While he was there bought a pool closing kit. Being Leary of what the man told him he took water sample to leslies in Eatontown no problems just ph was off. The next day he went to return closing the same employee told him they didn't take chemicals back even though on the receipt 14 return policy says nothing about chemicals being excluded he did take them back but wouldn't give him cash back had to refund credit card or store credit. He will never use this store again as he found employee not to have clue to what he was doing & poor people skills. Go back to Eatontown store they always have been great.
