They helped me work out all of the issues with my pool after this awful company Pool Town left my backyard looking like the black lagoon. The Leslie's employees walked me through everything I needed to do, and now everything looks great. The employees were super inclusive, caring, and even pet friendly (we stopped by spur of the moment with our dog).

- MWMaria WeikelJul 30, 20225.0This review is overdue but I feel it's important to thank Gary and the Leslie Team in Wall for their help last Fall. We brought in our Polaris for repair after being turned away from the Howell location. Our cleaner was not working properly. The connector cord and control panel were not communicating and the sweeper front roller was not spinning. The device was under warranty and I was in no rush since the season was over and was hopeful to have it operating for this summer. Not only did Gary work with Polaris Warranty Department to order the necessary parts but he kept us informed throughout the process. This season my pool looks amazing and our Polaris working like brand new! The Wall Leslie Pool is a bit of a ride for us, but we will continue to make the trip for the friendly, knowledgeable staff who went out of their way for us. Thank you!!!
- AZAliza ZMay 17, 20201.0I will never buy anything from them again. Such terrible customer service both online and in store. I was given the runaround regarding the pool heater I bought. Was told that the installation would be free and that they would schedule it in house. Heater took longer to arrive which during these times I understand but no one to speak to and no tracking information. Spoke to manager at this location who was very helpful at first until the heater finally arrived and I was pushed to the 800 number for install after being told it would be handled in house bc of all the trouble. As I’m writing this review I’m sitting on hold for the past 26 mins waiting for someone to answer for install. I have WASTED way too much of my time dealing with something that should’ve been easy breezy.
