In that 2 years I experienced numerous rate increases, bringing my total rent to more than double what I was originally paying upon move-in. As a person who had auto-pay applied to my account, having never missed a payment, I found it odd that the rent increases never seemed to be regulated at all, but just totally random (not 3 months in, or 6 months, etc but just totally random). After eating two increases they raised it again, upon which I realized that my unit rent was more than my car payment. Upon my move-out I saw that they had a dumpster on the grounds, but that it was not for public use (it’s in a cage with a lock and chain). As a storage facility that has drained me of over $5,000 I would think the least they could do is supply renters with a place to discard unwanted items upon move-out. I never had any mice in my belongings upon move-in, but there was a dead mouse in my unit once, along with droppings I discovered upon my move-out. If this is your only option for storage, I highly suggest looking elsewhere as this location is kind of in a densely populated area so there are other options available. I only chose this location because it was indoors and close to where I needed it to be. I had other options and should have explored them. Renter beware
