    Tried to find an associate. Went to the service counter and asked for one to help me find a specific lock. After several minutes I requested they meet me in the specific aisle. The service department made the request twice and after 20 minutes I left without seeing anyone. I usually can find what I'm looking for but not this time.

    Went to pick up desk, checked in, hit the Assistance button, stood there for 20 minutes while a crew of employees were standing around bs' ing with each other saying they can't help.

    They were unable to cut a piece of wood for me because “no one was there that was able to operate the machine.” At 5:30 on a Friday. That seems like normal business hours to me, so I don’t understand why they weren’t able to perform the services they claimed to have.

    Amo comprar en lowe's .. pero hoy vine con mi familia y la manager nos trato de una manera muy desagradble e irrespetuosa . Nos dijo que si no nos gustaba la forma de ser atendidos que nos fueramos a comprar a otro lugar .. nos descrimino y se burlo de nosotros .. nunca nos habian tratado de esta manera . Tenemos muchos años de ser clientes de este lugar vivimos muy serca de esta tienda y me parece inadecuadas la forma en que esta manager trata a los clientes .. su nombre es ALYSSIA y ella usa lentes de contacto color gris y tiene muchos piercing en la cara .. es decepcionante saber que ya no podemos venir a comprar a esta tienda y que esta empleada trabaje como manager y brinde servicio al cliente . Ella no esta capacitada para estar trabajando con atencion al cliente .. se estaba riendo de nosotros nos quito los productos de nuestro carro de compra y nos dijo que nos fueramos .. espero administración y el dueño puedan hacer algo y capacitar a esta empleada para que entienda que el cliente debe ser tratado con respeto y dignidad ncluso si el cliente no tiene la razon ...
