You start out thinking, great this is $70.. then surprise you have to take mandatory insurance and now total $100.. then in a year, they double the price and when I complained they lowered it by $50. Now $165! And 5 months later they increased again and now $213!! Unbelievable! When you call they tell you it goes by the market.. But the price never ever goes down. I have spoken to several people and even watch the YouTube video that said the same. This is my first storage company, I don't know if they all do this but this one was terrible with cost. Well run, clean and easy to access but I would recommend negotiating your price and paying by the year otherwise there will be surprises. I would have kept the unit indefinitely but they forced me out.
