    Repair man, Dan, came to repair a shade that would no longer retract. He did an excellent job and was efficient, courteous and punctual. He volunteered to do research on potential replacement parts since our blinds were no longer manufactured by the vendor.

    My motorized shades were no longer working in the new house we moved into. Dan Pachella went above and beyond to solve the problem, and proceeded to diagnose and fix 2 other issues we were having. Very professionally and friendly. Highly recommend and will use them again if the need arises.

    This five star review is long overdue. But I’m actually glad I waited almost one year to write it because I have more to say. I met with Janelle one year ago. She understood my need for a coastal looking room and, right away, recommended woven wood blinds. All of her selections were beautiful. With cost in mind, we narrowed it down to a few choices. The two we selected are attached. Not only did she give me a discount for the quantity of blinds that I ordered, but she gave me excellent service and a quality product. I rent out this room, room five, at The Hewitt Wellington in Spring Lake. I was concerned that the woven woods would show some wear and tear. But one year has gone by and they are absolutely perfect! They look just like they could have been installed yesterday. They are so easy to raise and lower. No strings at all. Just a plastic grip to gently raise and lower. I am extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to use Janelle again.

    The whole process at Budget Blinds was amazing!! Janelle took the time to make sure we picked the right style, explained how everything would look, and measured perfectly for an exact fit and a clean, professional look. The installer was SO nice and super efficient- he even vacuumed the sills and floor to make sure everything was perfect! The new blinds look amazing, and we give budget blinds a 10 out of 10!!
