Arianna answered the phone with a tone which emulated she was bothered and “over it” if you will. Upon asking my question her reply was “we’re closing in a few minutes”. Kindly I replied yes, I am aware 6pm but I’d like to know if the facility accepts cash payments (as I’ve been in communication with this facility twice this week in regards to avoiding a late payment). Arianna proceeds to say “hold on let me check” again in a bothered tone. While Arianna “checked” I kindly stated I was 15 minutes away. Again with a bothered tone Arianna’s reply was “yeah, we’ll take the cash”. Again, kindly I replied “okay honey I’ll see you in a few minutes”. Arianna not only does not reply but ends the call by slamming the phone. Extremely unprofessional. Arianna’s frustration was displayed in her lack of call handling skills. Due to a client coming in 25 minutes before the end of her shift. Arianna off loaded her disrespect & disregard onto a customer who simply wants to pay her bill in cash. I too, could have been equally disrespectful & off load onto her with the day I’ve experienced, but my maturity would never allow me to be equally disrespectful. I did call back to inform her of her callousness & rudeness for the way she mishandled my call. This isn’t my first mishandled encounter with the employees at Extra Space Storage. It’s utterly distasteful & I’ll be moving my business to a company with employees who actually value their clients.

From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me choose the right unit, and made what could’ve been a stressful process feel easy and smooth. Any time I had a question, she was patient and professional, and you can tell they truly care about both the facility and the customers. The place is clean, well-maintained, and well-run. If you’re looking for a storage unit and want great customer service, I highly recommend it here.
