I want to highlight her efforts in being very compassionate, understanding and very responsive as possible during the information gathering process and solidifying on a storage. She is very good at laying down the ground rules and expectations of the customer’s responsibilities but also keeps in mind of the context of people’s business there. Witnessing her customer service on the phone with another renter was intriguing, she has excellent communication skills and reliability.
