A few months later, and without warning or explanation, the prices for each of the three units increased from $262 to $409; from $166 to $313; and from $112 to $223. When I inquired about the rationale, the office manager simply said, "It's corporate HQ that determines prices." I've now moved all my things to another, much more trustworthy, facility. I do not recommend Extra Space.
