The facility was orderly and well-kempt, with access to the storage units easy and all snow plowed into neat piles away from traffic patterns. I was amused to find myself impressed by my unit simply because it was clean and looked ready to be used. My experience so far w/ ESS is consistent with the favorable reviews others have posted, and I'm glad to have chosen to do business w/ them.

Terry is amazing to work with and has always explained how the process works and is very helpful with all my needs.

Being able to simply point my phone at the entrance box for entrance and departure was also very handy. Terry from the office is so great! She’s friendly and Terry and the crew keep the units clean and they are always available for questions. I opened an account/storage unit on a reduced rate for a Cpl months. I was able to clear my unit out right before the rate increased because I got a notice in the mail as well as an update on the mobile app. Lots of notice! I would certainly use Extra Space Storage again!
