He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood that I could reach out any time if I had any questions. He explained everything in great detail. The big plus was that he was not pushy and did not try to sell me anything I didn’t think I needed (which is something I was sure I would encounter). Great experience so far!!!

The facility is easy to access, well-maintained and secure, and the staff are so helpful and friendly! We will definitely go back to Rt-12 Storage next time we need a storage space.
