Renting a unit from them is very easy. Everything can be done online or you can call the office and Sonya is a huge help. You could access the facility 24/7 with your own private security code other facilities in the area are only open 6 AM to 10 PM and I know it makes a difference to me to be able to go when I feel like going. It has been a very pleasant experience using their storage facility.
