After he got home I looked over the receipt and saw he was charged twice for the same product! Now he has to turn around and go back to get his refund for the overcharge. This was through the self check!! Another frustrating thing is a shower head we bought last month worked for only a week before it stopped working properly. The brand is “Allen and Roth.” Quality is not great. Not made in America. Obviously Other than that, the staff is very friendly every time he goes

When I opened the card, I was never informed that rewards points expire, and as a result I lost over $100 in Lowe’s points. Had this been clearly explained, I obviously would have used them. What makes this worse is that I called customer service when I realized what happened. I was told someone would “look into it” or that something would be done — and nothing ever was. No follow-up, no resolution, nothing. This feels deceptive and poorly handled. Losing over $100 because of missing or unclear communication is unacceptable. Between the lack of transparency and the broken promises from customer service, I’m done using this card and will not be recommending it to anyone.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
