  BE AWARE! THERE IS NO ONE THERE OPERATING THE BUILDING. No one to help you sign up or cancel services, or access the building or unit if you're having issues Its "automated" so good luck. I called to cancel 3 months ago, they keep telling they'll handle it, and then proceed to charge me again the following month, I called 3 times and sent emails, different person every time, and they haven't responded to my emails. Had to resort to calling the credit card to stop payment and try to charge back

  You guys cut my lock on my storage becusse I owed you money but little did you know the lock was just aboyt how much the debt was I had you guys for about a year and payments where alwuas there I started to get locked out for 30$ that is crazy y’all cut my lock that I paid for but mad that I owe you I just paid gas and came all the way from Lowell mass you guys cut my lock without permission I never got no notice that is against the law !

  I had a super awesome storage experience. Everyone there is very kind and friendly. Cardinal is my go to spot for storage. The facility is well lit, immaculate and comfortable. There is lots of space in the isles and doorways to move basicly anything you could want to store! Highly recommend!! 10 stars!!

  I've used many storage services over the years and this one WAS THE BEST. Brand new facility, fully automated, 24/7 access and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

  6 Stars! Can't recommend highly enough. The people on the phone were great, the process was fast but not rushed. Once we got to the facility we saw it was brand new. It's clean, secure, climate controlled. Felt nicely cool inside. And, when we did bring our items for storage, the unit we had selected was too small! We called the number again and they got us a larger unit right then. Quickly and with no hassle. We paid a little more but the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the brand-new building. When we drove away my husband turned to me and said that he was glad our things were there, and I agreed. If you are looking for storage you won't go wrong here.
