    Corporate take notice. I am not going back. It's not because of the staff or store, it's because you've allowed Sunrun to essentially harass your customers. Four days in a row, I been hunted down in isles asking if I have solar. Enough is enough. It's bad enough with solar company calls, now this. I go to buy items to prepare for winter, not to be hunted down and be harassed with a sales pitch. And the sales people from Sunrun are aggressive.

    Be Careful When Buying Open-Box Items at Lowe’s Had an issue here — we bought an appliance that was marked down because it was an open box. Brought it home and it didn’t work, so we returned it the very next day. The manager, a woman whose name I won’t mention (and don’t care to remember), told us we couldn’t bring it back because it was “sold as-is.” Here’s the thing — there was no sign or label stating it was sold as-is. That kind of response and attitude gives the store a bad name. People like that make customers lose confidence. Lowe’s, if you’re reading this, you might want to review how your managers handle situations like this. Customers deserve honesty and respect — not to be brushed off No one is paying 400.00 as is for broken equipment like a yard sale !
