    Cross out every pool place in Salem area and come here instead! Ann was amazing!!! She knew what she was talking about and helped us out where no one else could! Literally saved us ton of money too!! My new go to pool store

    The worst Leslie pool Suplies location. I have been with Thị’s chain store for three years. All other location are nice and friendly but Thị’s location are the worst, the ladies answer my phone was very mean. Never go back.

    Really helpful staff, especially the manger (I think her name is Anna?) Excellent at explaining what’s what when it comes to filtration and general maintenance. Good pricing for the quality of the parts and chemicals. We have 3 pool supply stores in town and Leslie is by far the best.

    Tough customer service unless you are there to spend a ton of money. Bought a pool. Had to set up delivery and storage. Had to track down installers. A random number provided. Ladder was shipped with a missing leg. Called the store, no answer. Called again, got put on hold. Got someone, they said to call back when they aren’t busy. I asked if they could take my number. Kid said he could write it down by the paper might get lost. Called back no answer. Went into the store and explained. Clerk said no manager in so I had to come back the next day or I can go to the website and find the number for corporate. Offered no resolution or assistance . Never could have imagined this type of thing. Literally the most important and vital thing to being able to use the thing I paid thousands for and more to instal!
