  The worst Leslie pool Suplies location. I have been with Thị’s chain store for three years. All other location are nice and friendly but Thị’s location are the worst, the ladies answer my phone was very mean. Never go back.

  Extremely Poor Customer Support from Hayward Pool Products I purchased a pool pump from Leslie's, and less than a year later, it broke down. I called for assistance, and the representative politely directed me to contact the warranty department, which is a normal procedure. I filed a claim on the same day, June 30th, 2023. Unfortunately, Hayward Pool Products has been the worst experience ever. They provide no help to their customers. Later, I decided to check the company's reputation on the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and I was appalled by the number of complaints. Leslie's, the retailer I purchased from, refused to assist me, claiming it would exceed their budget. But why do they continue working with a company that specializes in neglecting customer support? Is it just about making a sale and moving on? If you want to avoid headaches, do your research. Leslie's, please consider who you choose to work with, as directly or indirectly, you are contributing to this absurd situation. Thank you. have nice summer

  I was told at the store that they are running a special where they install heat pumps for $99, labor only of course. The sales person came to my home and lacked just about every bit of knowledge needed to propose a system, spent 80% of his time looking things up on the internet, couldn’t speak intelligently about what needed to be done to accomplish the install, had to conference with his boss for half the time on his phone and then proposed a unit that was obviously way undersized for my size pool. He then wrote up an estimate telling me I needed to hire 3 other contractors to get the job done but couldn’t tell me specs on what those individuals would need to do. He then told me I owed him $155?!?!? I informed him that the woman at the store was very clear that it was a no cost estimate. He then made me speak to his boss who reiterated that I needed to pay $155. I of course refused and to make matters worse he then refused to give me the estimate and said they didn’t want my business, which was 8k+ !!! Total waste of my time. I suggest they stick to selling great products out of their stores and leave the pool mods to the pros.

  Never had a problem with Leslie Pool. Manager "Ann" is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.
