When I called to find out why, the person I spoke to was rude and told me if I didnt like it I could put in my month notice. Unfortunately buying a haul and finding another unit was not in the cards at the time as I just had a baby. After a few months we got a notice in the mail that the unit would increase to $247 just 2 days before effective date. In under a year our unit went from $89 to $247. Never again.
