Went in on 1/8/26 at 4:15 and hit the paint desk call button. I heard it announce 3 times assistance was needed. Nobody came. I hit again, and it announced 2 more times with alot of beeps and noise, assistance needed. Ghost town. I went Sherwin williams.

I did a oversized online order that seem to confuse the employees to where my stuff was. It took an hour from the time I got in the service desk line until I was leaving with my order. I know now why I prefer Home Depot.

Utter incompetence. We did a kitchen reno and used Lowe’s for the counter , appliances and cabinets - not to mention materials for flooring, light fixtures etc. they screwed up EVERY aspect. The cabinets: 145.1 length- problem our plans calls for 144. Total screw job. Next they were late delivering the island so the counter people installed half the counter and left the other half in the garage. The hey also sent the wrong fridge 3 times. One time the drivers took off cuz there was a dusting of snow on the empty driveway that goes right to my door. A widdle bit of snow scares them off. I would recommend Hammond, Hone Depot ANYWHERE BUT LOWES. They also wash their hands of it at the store saying 3rd party vendors handle delivery and install . Can’t express my disappointment enough.

The staff I interacted with at Rochester Lowe’s was great. I am not someone to shop at hardware stores, unless I’ve been sent by someone else. On Black Friday this year, this was the case! I wandered aimlessly for a while trying to find one specific thing before winding up at the Pro Services Desk. The gentleman at Pro was helping someone else with a large order and still took the time to ask me if I had a quick question he could help with. Not only did he point me to the exact aisle I needed, but he followed up with me by bringing me a cart and asking if I found what I was looking for after wrapping up with his customer. Thank you!

I went to today 12/1/2025 I greeted by 2 associate s.i told them what i was looking for.they brought me to the right section found the right nails then asked what else I needed (special screws).the female associate is found out her name was Debbie Prui asked what else I was looking for roofing paper which had to be brought off the top shelf with a truck thing.i had to get one more thing.as we were walking back to the checkout I told her honestly I had not been looking forward to coming today because of the things I had to find,and probably would have left had she not helped me.I have never had such great service before.She truly acted like she cared that I was able to get everything on my list.i only spent $150.00 I just felt like I need to let Lowe's knows how she made my day and shopping at the store much nicer .Thankyou Debbie Prui.
