  Customer service was good. Rates increased over time which is pretty standard. Facility was clean and easily accessible. Downsides were price increases and general maintenance of facility as the entry gate was inoperative for quite some time and also the freight elevator near my unit was inoperative for a few weeks which was an inconvenience. And also during winter the ice was built up in front of entry door and wasn’t able to open the door far enough to get anything off size out while the elevator was also broken.

  I've had a great experience so far every step of the way! As soon as I got off the phone making my reservation, I was able to go right over to my unit and began using it. I was really specific about my needs for my storage unit and they were able to meet every single one, Including humidity control, and no steps or stairs, as I will be wheeling heavy items. It is easy to access clean and it feels safe with the coded gate entry.

  Excellent customer service. Super convenient having 24 hr access and unit was clean upon acceptance. I would definitely recommend extra space storage

  Moved in on a promo rate okay fine exactly 90 days later went from $84 to $164/184 negotiated down to $131 then not even 6 months later 28 days before rent is due again another increase to $232 just beware they are not a storage unit that locks in a price also had an issue with winter that the roof wasn’t cleared off in time and unit leaked on the first floor from the roof I had to uproot my life in 30 days so everything went into this unit thankfully my unit nothing was damaged but the increases are absurd. Apparently this isn’t uncommon nowadays with storage units. So all I can is read your ‘contract’ you sign. Aside from all this no issues with the unit or anything but would not rent from again just because not only the rent increases but that they double every time and there’s no sympathy when you are on a fixed income. Also no prorates moving in or out. Rent due 3rd moved out because of them 12th. Figured I’d might get a refund guess not. They asked me to do a survey I’m just being honest because I want people to know what they are signing up for. This was the storage down by Walmart on Lafayette road In Portsmouth nh. Definitely not a place to be doing long term storage with. Maybe short term would be okay but I did stress long term when I called and asked questions.
