Unfortunately, I had to clean out my locker recently because I couldn’t afford it any longer. When I first signed with them I agreed to a price of $55 month for my 5x5. Over time that price has skyrocketed to almost $200 a month. I was unaware that you do not “lock in” your rate when it comes to a storage locker. I believed that when you agree to a price and sign a lease that is the price you pay moving forward. I was wrong and even though the staff is absolutely amazing I am not in the position to afford such a price, and for such a small space. When it comes to the staff and the service I give them 5 stars. They are all so caring, so informative and so helpful. Thank you for all your help and patience with me. If the pricing goes back down to affordable I will surely be back! -Spenser

Normally, you could change / move units and start at a lower rate, But "Rule Change" No more getting out of "higher rate" for existing customers so .. I'm out of there ..
