- CFCindy FullerNov 10, 20254.0Clean, safe, monitored by cameras. Teri and the other woman in the office are amazing and do their very best to accommodate you and give excellent customer service. My downside is the companies financial policy. It was such a a great deal moving in it fit my budget (I'm 72 on a fixed income) but a few months later...bang you're hit with a $60 increase in rent. 😳 Then when I left, I was there for only 1 week into the month, they couldn't prorate my rent. But, I'll be eagerly awaiting the return of my deposit to help offset the cost of moving into a new apartment. All in all, I'd recommend them-- just check on your move out date time frame if you hope to get a little money back.

Unfortunately the lock was not properly in place because the lock holes were not lined up. I received a phone call from Extra Space Storage informing me of my error.
