  GE hired them to come out and fix our year and a half old, lightly used, Profile washing machine. On the day of the repair, we contacted them towards the end of the day to see when they might be out. The person stated they would be refusing to complete the repair. That’s totally fine to refuse work. However, the gentleman was extremely rude on the phone. He hardcore belly laughed at us, stating that sometimes this is how life is, and we needed to chalk it up to needing to replace the machine, after stating he didn’t have much information from GE about what the job was. No respect. No common courtesy. No social skills. Avoid them at all costs.

  Never came! I was given a window of between 8AM and 5PM. I stayed home all day next to my phone looking out the window waiting for someone to appear or call. Finally I called at 4PM and was told they weren't coming. I asked if I could reschedule and was told I had to contact Lowe's. Contacting Lowe's and scheduling this call took 6 weeks and many hours on the phone along with a trip to Lowe's to meet with a manager for assistance. Thanks for nothing Accu-Tek.

  Lowes sent this guy under protection plan. Calls me same day I tell him the sound the dryer was making. Starts to tell me he will order this part and this part without ever coming out. Call him before he shows to make sure he will be here on the time planed. Tells me 1 part had not come in so I said how about coming out looking at the machine and go from there? Comes out and it so happen the machine didn't make the sound when he shows up. Tells me the machines are junk, which he is not wrong all plastic parts inside them. But never even looked inside to see if something was in the blower. Tells me its just sheet metal making sounds. Was at my home 2 min. But wait what happen to all them parts he order? Never gave them to me, so I call lowes and the Rep was like yup he order parts and we sent them. So something fishy going on here. I am sure this is the 1st time he has order parts under a repair contract and never used them ? You guys take from this what you will from this guy but I will make sure not to use him under contract or not.
