I ordered a.raised bed cedar planter and no where in the description of the item did it say it came in pieces and you would have to assemble it. I am crippled and couldn’t,t possibly do this myself so I have to hire someone to do that. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time and probably wouldNOT have ordered it. Kind of important info Lowes disregarded

I walked into the service desk to purchase pellets i wasn't greeted so after waiting i stated that i wanted 4 bags of premium pellets the woman was extremely rude to me just the way she spoke after a few of her remarks I asked her why she was making this purchase so hard for me and asked for another associate. When the second associate came over she was more pleasant at least I kept saying there was no need of the first associate behavior. When I left i looked up the number to lowes and received the number to the Lowes escalation dept. So when I called the store I spoke with a woman whom identified as a manager but seemed more concerned about correcting me that there was no escalation dept then the incident i told her I was calling the escalation dept if nothing was done she said there was no such thing makes u wonder if she was a manager. Im disabled and speak thru a trache . Not that should matter.

Jim from the plumbing department was an amazing help. After a bad experience with a different Loews yesterday telling me my pickup order was ready and driving 3 hours the item I needed was not included in my order. Jim went above and beyond to help me today (called me back multiple times even tho the phones were having an issue), my pickup order was complete and ready when I arrived. He was extremely helpful over the phone and even more polite!

You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
